Set up automatic updates
Updates go to a ScanPost Live tab in this file. Existing tabs stay available. Dates use your property timezone. Package Counter is the parcel number within a matched reservation.
- Save the sheet link above, then download the connection script.
- In Google Sheets, open Extensions → Apps Script. Add the script, save it, and run connectScanPost. Google will ask you to authorise access to this spreadsheet and the ScanPost connection.
- Create a connection key below and paste it into the Google Sheet setup prompt. The sheet checks for updates about every minute, even when closed.
This key can read this property's shipping log only. Keep it private. A new key disables the previous key.
ScanPost manages the live tab’s first 13 columns. Add your own notes to the right. Disconnecting stops access; copies already in Google Sheets remain there.
